Sound and Openings

An attempt at capturing directions of reflections with light and sound, though the day of recordings was too cloudy to capture beams of sun light. Here's and image of the effect if sunlight had been present on the day of recording.

The large window section let's many deep frequencies pass into the café, while the highest frequencies originate from electrical devices such as coffee machines. The frequencies of conversation are around 4KHz where the higher end of this reflects off the ceiling and back to oneself. There staircase at the back of the café let's more low frequencies through. So the openings mix sound while the perception of sound of effected by the reflective qualities of concrete and glass.
